Preparing with others helps. Here is how to do it well.
De Novo does not yet run a discussion forum or social group, so no community links are listed. When one exists it will be announced under Notices.
Studying in a group
- Meet at a fixed time and give each person one section to explain aloud.
- Argue both sides of a problem question before agreeing on the answer.
- Check every conclusion against the official text of the statute, not memory.
- Share your own notes, not paid course material or question papers you have no right to copy.
- Keep discussion to exam preparation. Do not seek or give advice on real legal disputes.
